Tomorrow’s Homestead is a for-profit business focused on connecting residents and local farmers to the land and enabling them to grow their own food. We have an 18-acre farm located in Gilbertsville, PA. Inspired by farm incubator programs and farm cooperatives, we offer long-term leases to farmers and facilitate sharing of resources and knowledge between the group of farm tenants.

We are looking for more growers interested in renting plots of land to start or expand their farming business!

We offer plot sizes of 1/4 acre, 1/2 acre, 1-2 acre; with the option to expand into larger acreage overtime. We currently have 3 farm tenants growing vegetables and cut flowers and would like to continue expanding the diversity of products grown (vegetables, fruits, nuts, florals, etc). Farm tenants must follow the guidelines of the National List of Allowed and Prohibited Substances and are encouraged to follow regenerative agricultural practices.

Farm tenants will be able to sell their products at our on-farm retail stand and have access to irrigation, office use, barn space for tool/equipment storage, wash & pack and cold storage. Farm tenants will have a voice in guiding what future resources and services are available to the entire cohort.

Our lease term cycle begins on February 1, 2025 with the opportunity for a new tenant to start solarizing their plot this fall ahead of the 2025 season. We are also open to starting a lease immediately – just reach out, let’s talk!
